Central Oregon Villages is sponsoring an Open House from 12:00 — 4:00 at the Desert Streams Church to give the community the opportunity to review the proposal for the homeless village proposed for the site, learn about the plan for managing the village, and its security. There will be a draft of the good neighbor agreement for people to review and provide input. The event is open on a walk-in basis - COV would like you to register for this by contacting nicky@covillages.org so they have an idea about how many are expected to attend…. but registration is not required.
